José holds a degree in civil engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa with a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the Lisbon School of Economics & Management in Lisbon. João Ferraz has over 10 years work experience in real estate project management and business development. João was project manager for Espirito Santo Property in Portugal and site manager for the Portuguese construction company UDRA. João holds a degree in civil engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Rita Samões has over 10 years work experience in finance and administration with deep knowledge in the construction and real estate industry. Rita was previously Financial Director at Remax Portugal and Financial Director at Constructora San José in Portugal and abroad. Rita holds a degree in Economy from NOVA School of Business & Economics and an MBA by The Lisbon MBA International in collaboration with MIT – Sloan School of Management. Pedro Pinheiro has 6 years of work experience in Corporate Finance, namely in Financial Analysis and Modelling. He was a senior consultant for Deloitte in Portugal in the financial advisory service division. Pedro holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master in finance from Católica Business School. Speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Paolo Rignon has 10 years of experience in corporate tax advisory and international marketing. He worked as chartered accountant and tax advisor in Italy for real estate companies. Paolo worked in the automotive sector creating and developing marketing campaigns for international markets. Holds a master’s degree in accounting from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Turin and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. Speaks Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Claudio Morais has over 15 years work experience in administration and finance controlling including in the real estate industry. Claudio was responsible for administration in a family owned real estate company and finance controller for several industries from airlines to pharmaceutical. Cláudio is an expert in implementing control processes and in organization. Speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Filippo Buffa: Filippo has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment management with focus on value add and income generating opportunities. He is an Associate Director of Riva Asset Management and a Portfolio Manager for the fund Riva SICAV-SIF and National Director for Portugal. Filippo has worked in several countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany and the United Kingdom) on diversified portfolios with real assets. He also contributed to the development of renewable energy investments following Europe’s Green Economy Program and worked for the spanish bank Bankinter in Madrid and for the global advisory firm Accenture in Milan. He holds a Master in European Business from ESCP Europe Business School and studied Political Science at the University of Turin.
João is partner of CCSL Advogados and has previously worked at Cuatrecasas, as a member of the Public Law and Real Estate Departments. João also acted as a Member and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Economy of the XIX Portuguese Government and interned in the European Commission and in the European Parliament, in Brussels. He speaks fluent Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and Italian.
