Miguel Angel Capriles L. is a leading entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience leading companies real estate, media and banking sector. To date is active roles are:

Filippo has over 12 years of experience in real estate investment management with focus on value add and development opportunities. He is the investment principal for Riva Asset Management (2016-to date) with major focus in Portugal region. Filippo established in Lisbon together with two other partners Prime Portugal Investment Advisory to source, acquire, operate and dispose locally real estate assets (2017). Previously Filippo worked in Germany for Valore Funds in the asset management of a diversified portfolio residential and mixed-use properties (2011-2016). He also contributed to the development of a renewable energy venture in Italy following Europe’s Green Economy Program (2009) and worked for the Spanish bank Bankinter (2007) in Madrid and for Accenture in Milan (2005). He holds a Master in European Business from ESCP Europe Business School (2008) and a degree in Political Science from the University of Turin (2006).
Federico Rosales studied Law at the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and has extensive experience in business development and in the financial sector, where he has spent the best part of his career. Complementary to his financial and legal skills, is his proficiency in marketing and sales, management and business development. After 10 years of experience working alongside luxury and high-end real estate developers in the Iberian Peninsula, with a principal and advisory role, Federico co-founded PRIME Portugal Investment Advisory and is currently CEO of the company.
Emanuele is the Chairman of Riva Asset Management and it is actively involved in its investment activities in Germany and Portugal. He also manages the real estate arm of CDP in Italy. Between 2006 and 2016 Emanuele founded and managed Valore, a German focused real estate fund which acquired, managed and successfully sold approximately EUR 150 million of German real estate, Before founding Valore, between 2001 and 2006, he was a partner at Jargonannt Partners. Jargonnant acquired, redeveloped and sold a residential (and mixed use) portfolio for approximately EUR 300 million in Germany. Prior to Valore he founded internet firm, E-Loft and worked as a lawyer at Simmons and Simmons in London. Emanuele holds degrees in law from Oxford University and in International Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. He speaks fluent Italian, English, French, Spanish and some Portuguese.
Rita Samões holds a degree in Economy from NOVA School of Business & Economics and an MBA by The Lisbon MBA International in collaboration with MIT – Sloan School of Management. With over 20 years’ work experience in finance and administration, and a deep knowledge in the construction and real estate industry acquired over her past experience as Financial Director at Remax Portugal and Financial Director at Constructora San José for Portugal and abroad. Rita is responsible for the management of the SPVs, investor relations and bank financing at PRIME and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Claudio Morais has over 20 years of work experience in administration and finance controlling industry, including real estate. Claudio was previously responsible for administration in a family-owned real estate company and a finance controller within several industries, from airlines to pharmaceuticals. Cláudio is an expert in implementing control processes and in property management and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Ricardo Barros holds an MBA from Porto Business School in collaboration with IE Business School and Cornell Univ., and has a degree in Civil Engineering. He’s a PMP and Post-graduate in Project Management, and has CMVM real estate assets appraisals training.
He counts over 17 years of strong multisector Project Management and Development experience, trough family investment vehicles and from several Sonae retail companies, being project manager for the last 11 years for Sonae Specialized Retail subsidiaries.
Ricardo being in the Project Management area, is responsible for the development and construction of Prime’s assets and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Francisco has studied chemical engineering at the IST in Lisbon and has experience in sales and real estate market throughout the national territory in all types of real estate assets, mainly luxury residential and retail. Previously worked at DoValue Group as SLW asset manager being responsible for a portfolio with more than EUR 50M across Portugal and at Whitestar as special assets manager. Also with close experience in the real estate brokerage working as private consultant at Porta da Frente Christie’s and ERA. Francisco has a vast knowledge of the real estate market, having worked in the most varied sectors and functions, gathering know-how, insight and a keen sense of commercial strategy. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Diogo Wallis holds a degree in Finance, a post-graduate degree in Financial Analysis, both from ISEG and has a CFA Level 1 test concluded. With over 5 years of work experience in Finance and Real Estate, namely in Financial Modelling and Analysis. He previously worked for Aura REE, a leading NPL/REO consulting firm, and EastBanc Portugal, one of the most renewed RE developers in Portugal and US. Diogo is currently responsible for the business development and investment process and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
David Vilar has over 5 years of work experience in Banking & Reconciliation and Audit. David previously worked at BNP Paribas, overseeing Funding Accounts, and Mazars, in the Financial Services sector. Currently, David is responsible for the portfolio business plan management, market research and analyzing new investment opportunities.
